The casing rotator is a full-casing piling machine applied in various pile foundation construction fields, not only for the large cased cast-in-place pile, but also for removing man-made obstructions in steel pipe pile, H pile, sheet pile, etc. w or w/o boulders and bedrocks.
Introduction
FES casing rotator is a new type of casing installation or extraction equipment with the integration of the hydraulic power and transmission, as well as the combination control of machine, power and fluid.
Features of Casing Rotator
No noise, no vibration, and high safety: Without slurry, it is environmentally friendly, avoiding the potential for slurry to enter the concrete, thus enhancing the bond stress of concrete to the steel bar.
360-degree rotation: Increases working efficiency by offering full rotational capabilities.
Control types: Two control modes are available: hydraulic control and remote control, offering flexibility in operation.
Fast drilling speed: Drilling speed of up to 14m/h for general soil layers, making it efficient in various soil conditions.
Large drilling depth: Drilling depth can reach up to over 100m, depending on soil layer conditions, offering adaptability in various construction projects.
High borehole verticality: Verticality can reach up to 1/500, ensuring precise pile construction with excellent wall quality.
Standard boring diameter: The small filling factor saves a significant amount of concrete, making it a cost-efficient solution for large-scale projects.
High torque and pushing force: These features ensure the machine’s functionality in hard strata, with hardness up to 60MPa.
Hydraulic power pack: Can be powered by a separate hydraulic power pack, providing an alternative energy source for remote or challenging job sites.
