Application of Double & Single Wall Casing:

Casing lines the borehole on a bored pile job, holding the walls open while the pile is drilled and poured. Double wall casing is built for temporary use, handling the high rotational and vertical loads of rotary drilling in unstable or loose ground; single wall casing is typically left in place permanently, suited to soft, stable ground that doesn’t need the extra strength.

Features of Double & Single Wall Casing

– Diameters manufactured up to 5000mm.
– Standard construction: Q355B steel tube with 25CrMo joints, heat-treated.
– Heavy-duty option: NM360 tube with forged joints.
– Standard lengths: 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m.
– High-precision computerized manufacturing, designed to match major rotary drilling rig brands.

More Introduction of Double & Single Wall Casing

Double wall casing carries the extra weight and joint reinforcement that temporary, high-torque installation demands; single wall casing trades that extra strength for a lighter, simpler section once it’s staying in the ground for good. Matching wall type to ground condition is the main decision on a casing order.
