Application of Multi (Cluster) Hammer Drill:
A cluster hammer combines multiple DTH hammers and bits into one drilling head, cutting large-diameter holes in extremely hard rock — work that a single DTH hammer can’t cover efficiently. Common uses include bridge piers, secant walls, ventilation shafts, and foundation drilling in hard rock.
Features of Multi Hammer Drill
– Drills diameters from 600mm to 3000mm.
– Handles rock hardness up to 250MPa.
– Quick bit-change system, field-replaceable hammers.
– Optional slag storage tank for cutting collection.
– Reverse circulation drilling (RCD) available.
– Compatible with DTH rigs, rotary rigs, and CFA rigs via flanged, hex joint, or kelly box connections.
– Can drill underwater.
