FES provides both single wall and double wall casing, especially for the construction of bored piles by rotary drilling rigs or casing rotators in the foundation piling industry. The dimensions of FES casing are designed to match most casing brands.
– Double wall casing is for temporary use, which is designed especially for transmitting high rotational and vertical forces created by the machine.
– Single wall casing is usually for permanent use, which is mostly used in soft conditions, and the pile doesn’t have to be too deep.
Features of Drill Casing for Pile Foundations

– Permanent/ temporary casings optional
– Diameter up to 5000mm
– All FES casing joints are made from high quality steel with special heat treatment to improve torsional strength
– Forged/ Casted joints are optional
– Computerized machinery is employed to achieve precise measurement.
– Regular FES casing tubes are made from Q355B steel, with joints made from 25CrMo after special heat treatment. Heavy duty material such as NM360 tubes and forged joints are available as options.
