Applications:Casing Shoe
The casing shoe is used for casing operation with the driving force from the rotary drilling rigs or casing rotators/casing oscillators in the foundation piling industry.
Features of Casing Shoe
– FES provides casing shoe for both double wall casing and single wall casing drilling.
– All casing shoes are made from high quality steel with special heat treatment.
– FES may custom-build casing shoes interchangeable with clients’ casings.
– Length of the casing shoe could be customized as per specific requirement, such as 0.5m, 1m, 3m etc.
– FES casing shoe equipped with casing teeth WS39 and holder SH35, or welding bars like BA90-35, BA01, etc. as option.
Introduction
Casing shoeis key component, especially when working in hard soil conditions or when constructing secant pile walls. Solid cutting rings on the cutting shoe are supplied either with weld-on teeth or with replaceable cutting teeth.
