XZCR-N18A core drill rig is a new type of fully hydraulic core drilling rig that our company has continuously optimized and improved through in-depth analysis and research on advanced technologies of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad, and based on years of production practice and market needs.
The hydraulic pumps, main valve, hydraulic motor and other components of the XZCR-N18A core drilling rig are all imported from international brands and equipped with wireless remote-controlled steel tracks for easy handling of various complex work sites. The power head is driven by a variable pump and variable motor, with mechanical three speed stepless speed regulation, advanced and simple structure, and extremely strong drilling ability. The oil cylinder directly feeds into the system, ensuring smooth and reliable movement. The mast angle can be adjusted within the range of 0 ° to 90 °, with a low center of gravity and good stability, providing operators with a good view and making the working space more spacious and comfortable.
In the production process, we fully consider the efficiency of exploration equipment, adopt world-class components, and modular design, so that the equipment can quickly replace worn parts on site and minimize downtime. The overall design is very beautiful and easy to recognize.
Drill Head
The drill head is driven by a Danfoss variable pump and variable motor, with mechanical three-speed stepless speed regulation, advanced structure, simplicity, and high efficiency, and extremely strong drilling ability.
The drill head base is equipped with a sliding oil cylinder, which can perform parallel sliding operations to avoid the steel wire rope of the winch, so that the winch can quickly lift the drill pipe or casing, improving work efficiency and safety.
Mast
The mast design of the mast is telescopic, which is more mechanized and safer than traditional folding. And when using container transportation,there is no need to dismantle the mast and it can be collected directly.
During operation, the bottom of the mast can support the ground at an angle of 45-90 degrees, ensuring that all reaction forces are borne by the surface rather than the drilling rig.

Adopting the design concept of ergonomics and humanization, combined with a digital centralized instrument monitoring system, it can display various parameters required for work in real time, ensuring work efficiency.
The operating valves are all imported from Danfoss, with high efficiency, good stability, and a suitable feel for a wide range of users.Equipped with quick detachable rotating seats, operators can operate the drilling rig more comfortably and easily. And it is also equipped with a USB interface for users to charge.
Holder
The holder uses the weight of the slip itself for clamping, and the slip can be quickly replaced according to the diameter of the drill pipe.In the event of loss of hydraulic pressure, the gripper will immediately close to prevent drilling from running.
The clamping force of the slips is evenly distributed on the drill pipe, effectively reducing wear and damage to the drillpipe.
Capacity of Main Hoist
The capacity of main hoist is equipped with Rexroth’s reducer system, which can achieve high-precision speed control.
This system can simultaneously meet the needs of both dynamic and static braking. Once the lifting is stopped, the capacity of main hoist will firmly lock itself.
Capacity of Steel Wire Hoist
The capacity of steel wire hoist adopts international brand components, and the proportional valve on the operating platform can have high-level speed control for the rope winch, thereby ensuring the safety of the capacity of steel wire hoist.

The crawler chassis
The crawler chassis is independently designed and manufactured by us, and the drive motor adopts international imported parts, with high driving force, strong off-road performance, and reliability and durability.
This crawler is equipped with a wireless remote control device, allowing you to move the drilling rig from a certain distance, making it safer and more convenient, with a maximum distance of up to 200 meters.
Mud Pump
The mud pump is equipped with a maximum pressure of 9MPa and a flow rate of 250 liters per minute.
It is installed at the tail of the drilling rig for easy maintenance and upkeep.
